If the product is a PRE-ORDER  

Please allow 3-6 weeks for orders to be produced & shipped.

If you have waited passed this 3-6week deadline and have yet to receive your order, please email us at info.timelesss@gmail.com as sometimes delays out of our control do happen. Thank you for your patience!

If the product is PRE-MADE 

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be shipped!

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
